The “IT” and “Aaahhh” of Everything

Einstein had IT.  Jobs had IT.  Bell (Alexander Graham) had IT.  Newton, Whitman, Michaelango had IT.

We all have IT, to some degree.  But what is “IT”?  Is IT as elusive as our own shadow?

The mind is a fidgety thing. It likes to bounce around a lot. Even good ideas can make us crazy at times. Take Steve Jobs.  Or any genius who ever lived.

It takes time to make things right. And they spent plenty of time perfecting the imperfectable. Everything had its flaw, its unanswered question, its undesirable. Its unavoidable pitfall.

A very good friend of mine laughed at me today.  I told him about a little habit I have, a hobby (an obsession more like). Studying the past, connecting the dots of history, my family’s and the people who inhabited “IT”, whatever “IT” is.

He laughed because he instantly got “IT”, even though “IT” could not be got.  That was his point.

He said:

“If you studied something yesterday, then today you will know it.

But if you didn’t study it yesterday, you will not know it today.

Nothing from the past can be known by going back. Then it becomes illusion.

You have to study something today, if you want to know it tomorrow.”

Get IT??

Somehow, I did.  As elusive as IT sounded.

IMG_4345He put it another way, even better:

When he was a kid in Africa, they did not have watches. They had to watch the sun’s passage and how it dropped down over their feet in the form of a shadow. They would know when it was high noon because the sun landed directly over their feet, allowing them to “step on” their own shadow.

Now imagine this kid, or group of children, hopping around trying to capture the high noon of their shadow.  It could not be got.  Like illusion.  Each time they would try to hop on it, the shadow got away from them.

Same with ideas.

Same with the past.

Same with anything elusive and just beyond our grasp.

So what should we do with IT?  Pursue, advance or retreat (into the shadows? :).  This shadow, this elusive grasp we have on everything already past?

“Accept IT, embrace IT, and know that IT is just that.

Stop, rest, and pause a bit. Appreciate THAT.”

Our shadows over hand prints of the past - Chinese Theatre, Hollywood

Our shadows pass over hand prints of the past on a very hot day at the Chinese Theatre, Hollywood

Laugh at your own shadow. At your determination to chase your own tail.  Have you caught it yet?  You can’t, can you?  Because it is YOU you are chasing and hope to avail. Nothing outside of you really is at all. Just a giant mastermind of what you already are.

So, don’t chase your shadow, but observe where it lives. Just beyond your grasp, and yet.  If you look up, you’ll see the Cause of all this fuss.  The Sun, like the Source of all that lives, an enormous giant ball of energy passing over the sky, just passing over Mercury, over your face, over everything that lives.

And you didn’t even have to open your eyes.

Amen to THAT!

Nice mind-bender, folks. I thought you might enjoy IT! : )

The Miracle of Big Shifts with Adela Rubio

This morning I had the privilege of interviewing one of my mentors, Adela Rubio, an evolutionary change agent, and creator of  online “Conscious Energy Shifts” (where I met her), “Enlightened Listbuilding”, and her more recent “Big Shifts” 21-day adventure, “navigating massive change with power and grace”.

Adela is still navigating the waves of transformation in her world after Hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey last year, and an electrical fire completely took out her home last February, leaving no area of her life or family untouched.

I always love talking to Adela because everything ends up in fits and giggles, even the most serious and poignant lessons.  She has learned to not only navigate change, but Invoke evolutionary shifts in consciousness with a sense of joy and gratitude (a gift likely from birth that she had to relearn, practice and now teach in adulthood).

An innate “Feeler-Senser-Knower”, Adela moooves consciousness, with words, partnerships, community and her business, taking those with her for the biggest, brightest evolutionary LEAP! of their lives (And there ain’t no turnin’ back from that!)

Unlike most people, who see devastation when reacting to a tragedy or loss, Adela oozes with potential – and only momentary glimmers of the painful self-doubt, grief and shame that accompany most big shifts.  Though she has her share of painful moments and still mourns the loss of her home and some of the relationships that were centered around it, she embraces the new with divine relish and determination.

LISTEN TO INTERVIEW: Krista Moore with Adela Rubio “Big Shifts”

Lightning by Matt McGee

Lightning by Matt McGee

Like a hyper-alert animal in the wild, Adela senses and feels change coming long before others may notice anything.  Many “inner shifts” and knowings occurred long before the big outer shift shook her world.  At least a year before, she longed to move out of the house she was living in.  She invoked it.  She wanted to be closer to the trees, with a space of her own.  But based on old agreements and loyalties to family (likely from childhood) that turned into unwritten roles and responsibilities, she became the caretaker or “helper” of the family, looking after aging parents and balancing the needs of everyone. Her own knowing of what works best for her took a back seat. But not for long…

After the electrical fire, she explains how everything became clearer.  In the midst of chaos, she could feel the “divine download” of “what’s true” and what no longer served her or anyone.  Lives became instantly re-arranged without any effort or strain on her part.  Yes, things have to be moved, and practical details tended to, but the inner shift, the true connection to what is, and what was really going on under the surface, was ever present and  pulsating within her.  She just “got it”.

Out of the fire came many gifts:  Her family moved out, and within a few months, she was living again with her grown daughter, whom she adores, and enjoying her grandchildren.  Some relationships were let go of (for now), while others unexpectedly bloomed or became supportive and helpful (including an ex!).  Offers poured in for every kind of help or necessity. Business partners gifted her without wanting anything in return (In fact, she had to learn how to receive all this outpouring of love and support coming her way!)

When asked how she is doing by well-wishers, she responds with enthusiasm, “I’m doing fabulous.  I’m feeling glorious about this!”  Because she knows something didn’t just happen to her, she is a co-creator, an adventurer, and life is her playground.

Adela is a master at moving from pain to possibility.  And she insists on doing it with happiness and a spirit of play, for that is what attracts and opens us up to the good (which is everywhere-always-present!).  Not all days are easy, however, and she doesn’t have all the answers to what the future will bring, but with her unflappable will, positive attitude and light-filled energy, I am sure the miracles will continue to burst out like bubbles all around her.  (And there are plenty of people who want to join her on in that playground 😉

At the heart of her message, she teaches we have the power, to illicit change, and gracefully navigate change in our world.  We are always at choice.  That is our power point of possibility.

You are It!

Whatever happens to us, whether it be death, divorce, failure or personal tragedy, or even a natural disaster, we are not victims.  It is not ‘personal’. When we make it all about “us”, we are bound to suffer.  But when we can translate that pain and suffering into something marvelous, something unexpected, unknown and new, we can use our lives to help empower others, and truly be the magnificent co-creators we were born to be.  Then the earth and the world moves with us. Then the miracles ‘show up’ not only in our lives, but in others, too.

Then we can really say, The Miracle is You!

Thank you Adela, for sharing your Big Shift with us. And for being a powerful part of mine.

P.S. Are you going through a Big Shift?  Let us help you navigate it with ease and grace.  Adela can be reached at, and I can be reached at Get In Touch.

The Dream of Impossibility

I have a friend who strongly believes in pursuing the ‘impossible’.  If it isn’t ‘impossible’, it isn’t worth pursuing.

Much like Joseph (and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), one of the favoured sons of Jacob in the Bible (Book of Genesis).  Joseph had two dreams or visions that he would one day rule over all the land and his own brothers would bow down to him. Joseph’s father, Jacob loved him so much he put a beautiful robe of many colors over him, which made his brothers hate him even more…

One day while Joseph was out, and his brothers followed him and plotted to kill him, until Reuben, the eldest brother, advised they preserve his life by hiding him in a cistern instead, and then selling him as a slave to the Egyptians. So they did.

Joseph was held in Egypt and became a loyal ‘slave’ or servant in one household, until he was falsely accused by a vindictive wife and sent to prison.  All seemed lost until one day the Pharoah heard that Joseph could interpret dreams.

The Pharoah brought Joseph to him, and when Joseph predicted how he could preserve the people from 7 years of drought by saving some of the grain during the abundant season, his good advice and industriousness landed him the prized position as ruler over all of Egypt, only second to Pharaoh.

Now Joseph managed all the grain in Egypt and when the seven years of abundance were over, everyone came to him to purchase the grain in store.  Including his brothers from Canaan.

After testing his brothers many times and sending them away to get his youngest brother Benjamin (to supposedly be used as ransom), Joseph received his brothers at the palace once more and watched them bow down to him begging for mercy.

Joseph broke down and wept at the sight of his youngest brother Benjamin, and finally revealed his true identity to his brothers who rejoiced that he lived.

The brothers returned to Canaan to retrieve their father Jacob and all of his descendents.  The Pharaoh agreed to let Joseph give his people the best land in Goshen.  There they settled and became a great people.

Jacob's grief at the 'death' of Joseph. Giovanni Andrea de Ferarri 1640

Jacob’s grief at the ‘death’ of Joseph. Giovanni Andrea de Ferarri 1640

Can you imagine his father Jacob’s surprise when his brothers came to him and said Joseph still lives?

Jacob was ready to ‘lay his grey head down to the ground’ and die of grief , but instead, he is brought face to face with the son he loves, Joseph, and his people are given everything.

What is so amazing about this story is not so much that Joseph became a great leader over his own brothers and people (as his dreams predicted), for there is many a man who has become King by force or fury, and not necessarily a good one.

No, it is because Joseph shows wisdom and mercy that he becomes a great King over the Egyptians and the Israelites.  It is because he uses reason and tests the will and character of his people, both good and bad, and lets them be redeemed.

Joseph forgives his brothers and restores his family.

That is what makes this such a magnificent story,

where impossibility meets sheer will, wisdom, mercy and love.

My friend stands before his own dream of impossibility.  Where others try to beat him down and falsely accuse him, he is only spurred on to pursue the truth.  Where those who oppose him do not understand his reason, he sees clearly.  Where others tell him to give up and scorn him, he smiles and knows that God will win.

Thank you, my friend, for your wisdom and courage, and for instilling in me the Dream of Impossibility.

P.S.  What is your Dream of Impossibility?  What is it that makes you want to pursue and accept the challenges that may befall you?  Share your dreams here.  You can write to me, or write your comments below.

Expand Your View

What happens when we divest ourselves of what’s past, and engage with what’s present?  Our awareness expands and shows us something new. The miracle is that there are no thorns in that.

When we are free, our awareness guides and glides us to what is best, what lives, what breathes. And what only open us up… to everything.

Top Photo: Paul Tuttle, Mountains at Lake Louise

After one mountain has been climbed there is usually another. Some people talk of the valley, and lo! how I have been there at times. I would much rather be climbing the mountain, than finding my way in the nestled trees and dark cover of the valley.  I would rather climb up and grab onto their massive hearty trunks as I pull myself up higher and higher, finding my foothold.  My breath.

There is nothing like overcoming an obstacle and receiving your reward.  If it is too easy, there is nothing to celebrate, nothing to be glad about. If it was always there, it wasn’t worth reaching for in the first place.  But if it was hard at times, out of sight, and it pushed you to your limits, and it taught you something new, then it is worth having and holding on to.

Life is not to be a struggle.  Far from it. It is to challenge and engage us with all we’ve got, to force us at times to let go of what’s not, and reach for something higher, saner, bigger. More beautiful. More holy.  Forgiven.  The grace that comes from that flight, that fight at times, that airless breezeless gift, that momentary levitation, is worth all the lessons in the world.

. 33405402_ae9c3f37dc_z flickr awe inspiring photo sharing

To taste that momentary awareness of everything, of

greatness, of limitlessness, of YES,

is priceless.

What could you let go of that wasn’t yours in the first place?

What could you open your mind and thought to, a hidden glimpse of what is possible in you?

What would you see if you reached a little higher?

The sound that you hear when you reach that corridor, that skyline, that place inside that says “I can’t believe it. I’m here. I made it!” is pure magic. A silent hum descends in your consciousness, like a delicious soup warming your mouth, free floating bees hovering over naked flowers, a priest about to speak.  The anticipation is wild, and the taste breathtaking.

The earth quakes when we move. Not in the literal sense with disruption and alarm, though sometimes that happens in the process.  But it moves with us, anticipates. It opens up to embrace us as we journey out.  It greets us with amazing vistas. It teaches us to be humble in the midst of chaos.  It knows where we are going even if we do not.

The universe is the same. What magic comes when we look up at the stars, when we venture beyond the known lights of the city and see what is really there that we hadn’t even noticed before?  What happens when we close our eyes and imagine even more…

There is a limitless place we can go where we rise higher than before, see more, do more, become more, have more, and yet be attached to nothing.  Because the more we go into this limitless awareness, the less we want to drag our heels, or anything else, behind us. We want to leap forward! keep going and expanding, growing, seeing where we are going, see what’s around each corner.  Each corridor. Each door. Waiting for us to be opened…

Celestial Door. Photo: Anthony Cozza.

Celestial Door. Photo: Anthony Cozza.

Open that door. That silent gate asking you to come and participate.

What is waiting on the other side of it?

What would you see if you stopped looking on the ground?

What would you know if you closed your eyes and asked to really go there?

Who would you meet if you allowed yourself to greet each day with “what’s new?”

What would that look like – to welcome this new awareness into your being every day?  To delight in what’s new and play? It could be a new friend to greet.  A new opportunity.  A house larger or more beautiful than you expected.  A hidden sanctuary.  A demand to seek more and receive.  A party of hidden players ready to play with you.

Whatever your mountain is, your expanded view, open your arms and go for it. See what’s inside of you.  Wherever that breezeless, limitless gift resides in you, reach for it, implore it, become it, venture towards it. Know it. Let it be more manifold in you.

Like “A Room with a View”, our vision will expand to include things we hadn’t seen before. And then we will know what all the fuss was for. We will be infused. Made new. And our wanderings make perfect sense.  Clarity comes. We are awake. And we have more to think and do.

Find that expanded view.

Find what is waiting for you.

The Awesomeness of Now

I have come to an awareness this past week that is quite awesome. People talk about it and write about, from Eckart Tolle’s “The Power of Now” to the more recent Michael Singer’s “The Untethered Soul”, to the classic, Neville Goddard’s “The Power of Awareness”.

I have come to this now.  There are no words, and yet I have a few…

I am in awe of life.  What once concerned me has vacated the building.  I am at peace and in awe of the world.  I am at peace and in awe of myself as a being here.  And I am at peace and in awe of every human being who is being here.

There is no coincidences in the world. Every moment presents another gift to be unwrapped and unfurled.  Like a bird that is released, it flaps and dips and turns.  We are in awe as we look at the ease of flight, knowing we are still on the ground. Knowing, somewhere, somehow, we know what flight is.  We can feel it, we can go there.

The mind is a powerful thing.  The heart more amazing.

The Spirit uncanny in its ability to present opportunity, delight, mystery.

This past weekend I had no ‘plan’.  I had unwrapped the gift of the present. I lay with my partner side by side on deck loungers and stared at the night sky.  The pool glowed a silent green glow as crickets made their way into my consciousness.  The air became chill but warm enough to stay.  We fell asleep nearly in perfect peace.

That pool just hours before had been filled with perfect strangers, people we had met on a walk to the park with dogs.  Suddenly friends were made, children played, the backyard became a circus and a zoo.  I was in awe and delight. Who had arranged this?

More than that.  My own consciousness had changed. Where one week ago I had cried over an impossible situation – a relationship that seemed doomed and determined to torment and elude me, I was now changed.

Another perfect stranger, now friend, had enlightened me on the field of acceptance and appreciation.  To not try to change anyone or anything. To slip into the dance, as the partner who delights in difference.

How opposite we are!  Isn’t it wonderful?!  How I go left and you go right, and now we are dancing the same way, the same tune, even for this moment, for this day.

I turned from something grounded, arrogant and separate

to something boundless, something fruitful, something delirious,

something ecstatic and in bloom.

My mind had opened to the fragrance, the sound, the memory of now.  I was silent, in tune, aware, happy and at peace. I was the calm centre of things. The universe unfolded before me.  Everything, everything was at home inside me.

There is nothing more to say about this. It must be experienced to be believed.  How do you enter into it?  Stop the mental frustration, the  judging.  Take the wheels off the car that is going nowhere.  Get out and take a bike ride and look at the sky.  Talk to someone and listen like never before.  Love them.  Breathe them in.  Never let anger steal the moment you could be laughing in.

This is the beginning of a new time, a new way.  I mention this only to celebrate and tease you into yours.

May you be aware of it, welcome it, know it and love it.

Engaging the Wonder of Life

How do you engage with life when encountering a physical challenge?  Do you feel it is a difficult experience to navigate, or a joyful one?

Today’s blog post was inspired by a conversation with the miraculous and visionary writer and transformer, Santari Green from the UK who is overcoming some physical challenges of his own.  Pictures by Krista Moore.

There is nothing more healing than recognizing the wonder of life, and feeling yourself as a boundless and intricate part of it. Dare I say, as all of it. As you look out from your own eyes and see a bee float by, you are becoming soft like the bee.  You forget yourself for a moment as a separate entity. In that moment there is no sickness or dis-ease.  There is only eternity.

LISTEN: >>>  Santari Green and Krista Moore on Healing & Attunement

In this inspiring dialogue, Santari shares what it means to him to go through physical challenge.  Re-interpreting or “re-negotiating” life in ways that empower and expand your mind beyond the boundaries once perceived as a “problem”.

Santari Green

“I had to really form my own conclusions of what it was that I was experiencing.  Examining the physical for some sort of clue, some sort of link or purpose and meaning, really takes you on a journey.  It’s a journey of asking questions, it’s a journey of explorations, a journey of deciding for yourself what’s true, and how what you’re learning from the experience could become a part of the larger movement of experiences in the world which then becomes a cultural experience.”

– Santari Green

Becoming more and more curious with life, he engages with what his body is saying, what he feels, listening to what others are saying, trusting what he is getting and interpreting out of the experience with life in its fullness and wonder.  Until he no longer feels it is a challenge or a problem, but a complex yet simple experience of energy always moving and changing and growing.

IMG_1857You have the power to change the experience – line things up.

Decide who you are going to be now.”

                                                                                                                    – Santari Green

In my words, his dis-ease or problem is not a “fixed” state, but a constant ever-changing and flowing collaboration, containing profound messages and insights which propel him on a journey.  His awareness grows as he learns more and more that he is an ever-expanding being, a part of the cosmos, a part of eternity.  No longer fixed to a body, but deeply engaged with it, he becomes aware of himself not just as a human being, but as an eternal one.

As we spoke I became more and more aware of myself as a connected part of what he was saying, until our thoughts seemed to become “attuned”.  This attunement, he says, is part of the ever-expanding awareness of ourselves as part of the bigger picture.  Although we have a separate identity in thought at times, sometimes these thoughts can combine and create new forms, new energies that catapult us to the next level.  When we become attuned with life and each other, the next leap in our consciousness takes flight and we are reborn into something new.

“I grow myself.  We are growing ourselves newly.”

Pillared building in Boston

A new foundation stone is being laid in our minds.  A new way of being that is not limited by any physical sense or mental challenge.  We can supersede all of that, not by bypassing it, but by incorporating it as part of the plan that is unfolding, that we are participating in.  We can dance with it.   And as that foundation stone of the most “delicious acceptance” of everything and everyone buoys us up, new pillars of strength and collaboration rise up, and a new way being in the world.

Santari delights in the “wonderment of life” even through his physical challenges.  And as I began to see through his expanded eyes and become immersed in the conversation, I said our  job is to never stop the conversation with life. He told me to write these in BIG CAPS:

Thank you, Santari!

For more wondrous conversation, listen to the dialogue above. And if you would like to add something to the pot, by all means, write to me, or contact Santari, or add your comments below. 🙂

Thank you for joining the conversation!

The Helping Hand

Last Sunday I spoke at a local church, West Hill United, and introduced their guest speaker, Chris Bovie, Community Relations Officer for Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby.

The topic for that Sunday was mental illness – not your usual Sunday banter. However, Chris appeared with a sunny smile on his face and I felt inspired in my preamble to share a story.

Having experienced mental illness first hand in my world, I remember a childhood friend who later suffered from schizophrenia, and a member of our own community falling victim to the unmedicated fallout from his own mental battle, resulting in a crime he doesn’t remember committing.  These are extreme cases, but there are an increasing number of us who experience the more societal epidemic of anxiety or depression, which is treatable by many means.

IMG-20130806-00161I likened the one who suffers to a bush I have outside my house.  Last year we spent all summer working on the backyard, landscaping and putting in a pool.  The front of our yard became neglected.  As I stepped around the house to survey the damage, I caught site of one bush in particular near the side porch which we no longer use.  My breath caught in my throat as I realized this bush could hardly be seen as it had become completely covered in a strangling vine.  I was shocked and dismayed that I had let this strangling vine take hold, and at first didn’t know what to do.

Then my mind changed from initial shame and disappointment to fixed determination.  I went out back to get my tools. As I approached the bush again, I put my tools down and sighed. This was going to require all of me to take this thing down.  I began to pull at the vine slowly at first, breaking it off in pieces.  As my mind became more determined, I pulled withIMG-20130806-00164 both hands and released that strangling vine off the bush. It took about half an hour to release it.  I felt satisfied but then realized I would have to find the source, so I walked all around that bush and when I found the root of that vine I cut it off.

That is what a person suffering alone is like – they are like the bush covered in a strangling vine who cannot see clearly.  They need someone to help them pull off that vine so they can see the light of day.

Chris then showed a video, “Discovery, Recovery, Hope”, highlighting the stories of three teens who suffered from mental illness, who are now leading happy, productive lives.  After receiving the help they needed, one became a photographer, another healed her family relationships, and another youth enjoyed sports with his friends and helped other youths with the same problem. He could hardly remember what it was like to be in so much pain, as he had released it and learned another way.  His glowing smile and laughter made more than one audience member tear up, including me.

Although I do not like to label people who are suffering from an affliction, I am very glad that in naming their affliction and dealing with it (as in, “devil, get thee behind me”), they are able to free themselves of its clutches.

golden_handAnother vision comes to my mind:  It is like after a long sleep, awaking and reaching up toward a great unseen precipice.  We know something good is there.  As we reach we may fear that we will fall to the depths.  But as we fall, a giant Golden Hand catches us and pulls us safely through to the other side. We land solidly on our feet and look up to where we had been.

We now have perspective, determination and speed. We can rise up to the top again using a new set of stairs, and look out past where we once were with new eyes that see.  Our determination has paid off.  And the help we needed, once elusive, has come to our rescue.  Now there is no need.  Now we can see the strangling vine on someone else, and can help them in their time of need.

These stories teach us the miracle that anything can be healed by the loving power of another, whether it be a human being listening and transforming us through their love and understanding, or a talented team of medical advisors or health practitioners with a successful treatment plan, or the unseen forces experienced as the benevolent touch of God  (or sometimes, all three.)

Sometimes, the saintly godly one sees the bush in advance, reaches out for it, and frees it quickly from what might otherwise have become impenetrable and lost. The light once unimaginable now becomes our one true reality.

And sometimes, that helping hand which once held us up and supported us, or pulled us through, becomes the hand we clasp onto in joy and gratitude, as we walk side by side on the more gentle path, and exciting journey ahead.

P.S. Do you have a healing story to share? Feel free to write to me or share your comments below.  Amen!

Sending out the Love

The power of our thoughts can shift the landscape of our minds in the blink of an eye;  but the power of our hearts is infinite.

What we hold in our minds can create or shatter our world without even “thinking”;  but what we hold in our hearts can uphold and transform it from the bleakest dream to the most heavenly one.

If I rise and think negative thoughts about myself, my day or my community, I will have no life.  My body will not respond with vitality or interest.  But if I rise and shift my thoughts to the truth, that I am a powerful being who can think and create and I have the power of love inside of me – then there is nothing I cannot do.  This day suddenly turns from dullness to daydreams and surprises.

October 21,2007 057

My family is happier. My children laugh and bound in gleefulness. My spouse snuggles up to me in comfort and gratitude. My friends feel seen and heard.  Those hurting come to me and share their griefs and find rest and courage to rise up and do something unheard of, something never before seen. Their hearts are transformed.  Because I said “Yes” to this day, to them, to Life.

It all begins in the power of our minds.  First we must make the shift. Away from the goo and muck of our ugly thoughts which weigh us down and keep us stuck.  We grab a book, a psalm, a prayer, something that uplifts us.  We make contact.  We feel the ease and swell of truth rise up within us.  It gives us courage to meet the truth and take the next step.

That is the miracle of transformation and the power we all hold… Do we choose to wield it with Love?

If I see a conflict in my world that day, an unhappy sight, a glum child, a depressing situation, a dog that seems to be dying, a a world in distress, a storm that may flood the city (again), I have two choices:  I can join the world in its unhappy song.

Or I can send the vibration of love through it and watch the miracles roll into my shore…

My eyes are opened. I see the truth clearly. I sing the beat of my heart clearly.  I send the vibration of love out to those in need. And I respond with that love when whatever comes comes through me. I am transformed. My world is transformed. I have done my duty and I am freed.

canada day outside house and heather bird 2009 100What can you transform this day if you only give it the energy of your thought, your time, your love?

What can be completely miraculously shifted into joy and happiness because you showed up?

Every moment a joyful surprise waiting to be opened.

A tear transformed into laughter.  A hostility halted and healed.

An invitation waiting to be heard and sent.  A celebration mightier than any social event.

That is a dream worth having.

A power worth all its intent.

A power we are all born with.

Wield it most powerfully.

Wield it with Love.

P.S. What can you transform today?  What intent are you holding for someone or something?  Hold it with love. Transform it. See it turn into true treasure. Something never before seen. Turn it into Love.  And share your stories or comments below.
